Shipping


Processing an order usually takes 2-3 business days; once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Standard shipping is 7 business days, depending on the product. All in-stock items ship within 24 hours of processing. We will make every effort to ship your product as soon as possible. Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

We will ship to the Paypal or ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser. We ship to all U.S. territories ONLY at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages so please let us know ahead of time if you will need insurance so we can make sure you're taken care of. If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers. If any packaged are undeliverable or returned to sender we will invoice for re-shipping.
